RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are committed to making the return or exchange process as easy as possible for our customers. We offer free returns on all SH + online purchases.
Standard delivery costs will be refunded if the entire order is returned.
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery for all full priced products, and within 7 days of delivery for outlet or promotional discounts,
provided that the conditions specified below are met.
We recommend checking the order as soon as you receive it. If you have any problems contact customer support. We cannot accept return requests after 14 days of delivery.
Conditions of return or exchange
Items must be returned from the original shipping country.
Items must be returned in their original sales conditions, with tags still attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during shipping. Insert in the package the transport document (DELIVERY NOTE / BOLLA) received with the order.
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been damaged, used, altered or, in SH +'s reasonable opinion, have been presumably used.
Returns that do not comply with the La SH + return procedure will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
How to change an article
If you wish to change any of the products contained in your order, our Customer Service will be happy to help you find an alternative.
Follow the standard return procedure to return items you don't want to keep and place a new order to request replacement items.
How to return
To request a return, first check our return conditions above, and then:
SH + customers can make a request by e-mail to email@example.com .
You will be asked to specify which items you want to return and the reasons for the return; you will then receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with an authorization number.
Within 48 hours, our Customer Service will contact you to confirm the return authorization and will provide you with all the necessary instructions, including those relating to logistics.
If a requested return does not meet our guidelines and conditions above, an email will be sent to you with a partial authorization or rejection notification.
Items to be returned must be shipped in their original conditions; make sure they have the original labels attached and put them in the original SH + box along with the shipping bill included or receipt.
Procedures for returns
Once we have received the returned items, we will ensure a prompt refund. The maximum time for processing the return is 14 days, but usually the procedure is carried out in a shorter time.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once we have processed the return and credited the refund through the payment method you selected.
